Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Your appointments are very important to our 931 team professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our stylists will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
When booking an appointment, we require all clients to have card information on file. However, this does not apply if you are just booking a haircut or blowout.
All cancelations with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s). If you do not show up to your appointment and do not notify us that you will not make it you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

We will remain open and serving clients for as long as safely possible.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling sick or have been exposed to COVID-19. Symptoms may appear 2–14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you are healthy and have not been exposed, we are looking forward to seeing you soon!
WHAT WE ARE DOING
You can expect to see our staff cleaning frequently touched surfaces more often, including doorknobs, phones, banisters, handrails, throughout the facility and the tools we use to perform services.
