I don’t see any availability for when I’m looking to book. What can I do?

We frequently have last minute cancellations. Make sure to check our Instagram Stories for daily appointment updates and availability. Still not finding what you’re looking for or are looking to book multiple appointments? Call 931 Beauty Co at

I need to reschedule. What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation or modification is available 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. After that, changes will result in a charge of 100% of your appointment total.

The product I purchased doesn’t work. What is your return policy?

Our team of stylists are happy to recommend to you a product and offer detailed education on what products we are using on your hair throughout your service. Any product that has been unopened can be returned within 7 days from purchase for a full refund. Returns can be issued up to 30 days from purchase on any unopened and sealed product.

I received a charge on my credit card. What is this? (Our No Show Policy explained.)

All of our appointments have an initial deposit to secure booking. This charge is applied to your final service balance at the time of service. If you have a last minute cancellation or don’t show up for your appointment, your credit card will be charged $____.

What is your service satisfaction policy?

We want to make sure you have an incredible experience at our salon and feel more confident and beautiful than when you walk in. In the event you are not satisfied with your service, we are happy to adjust it for you. Adjustments are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no extra charge. To qualify for an adjustment, call the salon within 10 days of your appointment. No refunds will be given for services provided.
