Here's a few tips in making your experience better. First, pick up one of our squirt bottles and transfer the pre-shampoo into it. This makes at home application so much easier. Pre-shampoo should be applied to your scalp in 1 inch sections about 10-20 min before you get in the shower. Massage onto your scalp and let it sit the rest of the time. Now hop in the shower and use the shampoo once or twice as needed. Condition and towel dry. Now tilt your head back and apply as many drops as needed from the vial letting it pour down to the nape. (The vial can be recapped for a second use if you have some left over.) You'll feel a tingle and that's when you know it's working.
